Summary
Cantonese porcelain vase, second quarter C19. Tall straight vase with wide rim decorated in famille rose with panels out-lined with Chinese fretwork design. Alternating panels contain mandarin figures or fruits, flowers and small figures. Ensuite with C/12, C/13 and C/27-29.
Provenance
Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
