Summary
A mahogany reading stand, rectangular shape with four legs of Windsor turned style joined at base with a straight bar in centre, curving into legs at side. Centre panel in table opening out to make a book stand with a further rectangular piece opening to make the rest for the book with two brass, long hooks hinged into wood to hold the book. Inside the opened panel is chevroned wood to adjust the level of the stand.
