Summary
Chest protector or bib front for a small baby. Made from a double layer of printed cotton, cut in a square with a curved section cut from upper edge. Cotton is plain weave, white ground with mauve spot pattern. Straps of the same fabric. Backed with double layer of cream flannel. Three short lengths of cotton tape stitched to lower edge. Fastens around neck with a loop of cotton tape and a shell button. Entirely hand-stitched.
