Summary
Stay binder made from two pieces of fine white even-weave cotton, with interlining (cotton or wool). Machine quilted in lozenge pattern with white cotton thread. All edges piped. Narrow shoulder straps, also cut from machine-quilted fabric to match. 35mm slot at left side to take waist ties, which have been removed. Three linen covered buttons stitched to lower front edge (to fasten to plich/drawers). Fastens at CB with three pairs of cotton tape ties, hand-stitched to garment. Machine-made, hand-finished. Some alterations. Altered for practical reasons to fit another child. For a baby of six-twelve months.
