Summary
Cream silk/cotton mix satin wedding train lined with cream silk chiffon. Full-length train, made to fasten at shoulders. Shoulders decorated with applique flower motifs made up of synthetic pearls and white beads. One corner of hem turned back and caught with spray of wax orange blossom (added later?). Train decorated with applied spray of roses made from cream satin and chiffon with wrapped wire stem. The train appears to have been made of two panels of satin, machine stitched together and lined with five lengths of chiffon ruched at seams. Hem finished with two white silk ribbon loops, with a bow at each end (for carrying train). Fastens to shoulders at two points with two Nicholli patent clips.
