Summary

Sleeve - White muslin undersleeve, made with one seam. Fullness gathered into waistband embroidered in white cotton thread with undulating line, spot and leaf design. Edged with scalloped trim of whitework, finished in button-hole stitch. Fastens with two mother-of-pearl buttons and worked thread loops. Hand sewn. Probably for a child. Odd sleeve.
