Part of boy's fancy dress Beefeater costume; Coat, belt, breeches of scarlet wool trimmed with black velvet ribbon and edged in gold braid. Gilt coronet buttons and rosettes; the front decorated with embroidered and sequin crown, rose, thistle and shamrock 'ER' 'Dieu et mon droit' Probably commemmorates coronation of Edward VII. Makers name on trouser buttons; 'Our Boys Ltd' 363 Oxford Street, London. 1902 (circa)
