Summary
Day dress of royal blue napped wool flannel embroidered with peacock feathers motifs in the Aesthetic style; high round neck, front yoke, ruched front bodice, box-pleated back bodice with centre back opening fastened by nine covered buttons; long sleeves, pointed at wrist, fastened by six covered buttons; attached shaped belt with hanging bag to left front; gored skirt with inverted box pleat to centre back, dust braid to hem; stylised peacock feathers embroidered on collar, yoke, cuffs, buttons, belt and bag. 1908 (circa)
