Provenance
worn by Mrs Tod's younger sister Elsa Harbottle when 12. She has a photograph of her wearing it with a sailor (?) blouse and skirt. Given to Nancy Bradfield by Mrs M. Tod, Chalford Hill. See p105 for ill in Ewing's Hist of Children's Costume.
