Part of dress bodice, skirt and crinoline frame; Skirt. Fawn silk dress with machine chainstitched embroidery decoration in floral design. The dress in two parts. Skirt; full gathered to waistband. The fabric appears similar to that produced and embroidered in India for bedspreads. 1870 (circa)
