One of a set of nine mahogany and beech dining chairs, English, circa 1900, including eight standard chairs and one open armchair. With an arched toprail above a back of five slender, straight splats. With a drop-in seat embroidered with the Throckmorton arms (Gules, on a chevron argent three bars gemelles sable) impaling another. The covers by NADFAS.
