Summary
Cap; Shako of an Officer of Honourable Artillery Company made from black napped wool on a card base. It is 178 mm (7 in) high, 245 mm (10 in) diameter. It is bull topped with a black leather peak (50 mm 2 in at centre). There is a black braid around the top 23 mm (0.825 in) There is a black rosette of tape attached to braid. Regimental insignia circle with monogram 'GR IV' surrounded by strap with words 'Honi Soit qui mal y pense'. The letters 'HAC' and 'Arma Pacis Fulcia' below surmounted by a king's crown - all brass.
