Summary
One of four fragments of a dress - length of skirt, two parts of the bodice and a crescent piece with evidence of seaming. It is made from muslin with handworked 2 leaf spot pattern in heavy cotton thread. The end of the piece has a strip of pink and metal thread weaving cf.SNO 414. There are numbers stitched on - 7/8, 2642, 003. The cut end is over sewn.
