Summary
Forage cap - Made from blue wool with braid all around, it has a flat top with looped braid and raised cord covered button in the centre. It has a patent leather peak with tartan green leather underneath and a leather chin strap. The lining is of claret silk. The style conforms to 1900 dress regulations, staff pattern for officers other than Field Officers and above. The badge has a wreath of laurel leaves embroidered in gold on a red background with the Queen's crown in the centre. (uniform)
