Summary
Child's cap - A cap made from white cotton and hand-embroidered en disposition with rows oaf leaves and berries in satin and eyelet stitches alternating with rows of satin stitch dots, rows of straight round brim, biased on side piece. it is lined with fine cream wool - possibly falanned of a later date. There is a needlerun net centre and narrow vandyke frill edging. It is a three piece construction. There are cord drawstrings. (child)
