Summary
Child's bodice - Made from 4 different silk brocades with a lining of coarse linen with hand made lace frill on both sleeve ends. Five pairs of metal eyelet holes (4 missing) down front and two buttonholes (not sewn up) on either sleeve end - could be indication of earlier garment - probably 19th century with fabrics of much earlier date - the main piece of brocade is French 1718-1720. (child) (costume for bambino)
