Summary
Livery breeches - Made from blue napped wool with cotton lining. the 6 metal buttons above the kneeband have the Duke of Devonshire arms and are made by C Blackmore, Cork (possibly when the Duke of Devonshire was Lord Lieutenant of Ireland). They have been let out and are marked on the waistband with 'Holloway' (?) '18'. (male) Wade Catalogue number 38. "Breeches.
