Summary
Hunting cap - Made from black velvet and partly lined with brown silk. There is a brass ventilation on the top and it is marked 'Mander and Allenders Ventilated'. It is made in six sections with a domed button on the top of the cap and a hard peak. It was bought Septemeber 1944 by Charles Wade and belonged to Mr Brook (see SNO.TC.377/152/385/619/624/651/691/1239/1585) It is the same make as the silk jockey cap SNO.TC.381. (male)
