Summary

Tricorne hat - Made from black felted wool and lined with cotton. It is stamped inside 'Chelsea Hospital 1877'. It is three cornered with a round crown with a metal ventilation. The brim is bound with simulated lace. There are small black feathers sewn onto brown braid attached to the inside of the brim and small metal stars dotted on the feathers. (male)
