Summary
Bonnet - Natural cream horsehair braid with raised Vandyke point at edge. Handstitched through overlapped braid in spiral from centre of crown. Fully lined with cream silk. Seperated crown side and head lining. Head lining printed in gold wih maker's name; 'James & Cubison, 88 Oxford Street, London' Edge wired. Crown and brim made in one piece. Trimiming of maroon silk velvet inside brim. Edged with gold coloured metal braid. Outside trim missing. (female)
