Summary
Wedding bonnet - Made from handmade Bedfordshire Maltese lace backed with silk tulle and lined with silk tulle. It has a wire frame with edges bound with cream silk satin ribbon with a band across the forehead. It is trimmed with a white ostrich feather across the top. Roses and buds of shaded pink stiffened cotton with autmnal leaves decorate the band. There are cream fringed silk ties (SNO.TC.1121/1125) and lappets of machine lace. (female)
