Summary
Bag; Reticule made from cream silk canvas embroidered on both sides with wool and silk - on one side in shades of green with a pink rosebud on the other in shades of green and a yellow rose. There are some gilt beads in the design and wire stiffening around the top inside the binding. It is line with cream silk and the edges are bound with cream silk cord. The top is bound with cream silk satin and there are cream silk chenille tassels at either side of the opening and two long silk cord handles. (female)
