Summary
Brown cotton purse worked in a type of buttonhole stitch with loops of steel beads on a circular steel frame with loops either side. The top has a circular panel of mother-of-pearl with carved roses. There are steel trimmings. Cf. Nancy Bradfield 'Costume in Detail' pg.186 (female)
