Summary
Livery ? coat made from claret silk velvet and lined with cream ribbed cotton and cream cotton twill centre back and sleeves. It is trimmed with 25mm gold lace. It fastens with hook and eye and has gilt buttons (?saunders type) 'Extra Fein' on reverse and a stamped design on flowers on a stalk with leaves on obverse. Either the strips of gold lace are missing fromt he top of the sleeves or the sleeves have been let down. Could be German or Austrian. (male)
