Summary
Embroidered fabric - Chinese embroidery made from green satin, part embroidered with a blue satin border and tacked onto tissue paper. The lower part is embroidered medallions of cream satin worked in silks showing various figures and pagodas. They are applied to a background lattice design of metal thread with good luck symbols such as the bat and sacred fungus. There are strips of blue satin added to one side and 2 strips of ribbon woven of metal threads and coloured silk. Possibly part of a woman's pleated skirt.
