Summary
One of a pair of child's shoes for bound feet made from a patchwork of 4 different silk damasks. each piece is outlined with couched foiled paper. The toe piece is embroidered with floral designs worked in pink, green, cream silk floss. The platform is covered with unbleached cotton with a sole of unbleached cotton. They are lined with unbleached cotton. They are turnshoe and the upper edge is bound with green cotton twill. (child)
