Summary
Coat; Tailcoat made from dark blue napped wool with a brown velvet collar. The sleeves are lined with cream glazed cotton. It is double breasted with a V notch collar and padding across the breast. It fastens with gilt and cloth covered buttons. There are two types of gilt buttons - 'Extra Superb' decorated with oak leaves and 'G and W Boggett and Co, London' decorated with acanthus leaves.
