Summary
Bolero jacket from the Balkans made from green velvet and lined with unbleached cotton with buff silk tabby front facings and sleeves. It is trimmed with gold lace around the neck, front, hem, across the shoulders, down the sleeves and round the sleeve end. There are rows of sequins following the lace, gold Russian briad on the fronts, sleeves and back in a curvilinear design. There are ornamental gold coloured metal filigree buttons. There is '110' handwritten in ink with a Roman letter enclosed in a circle - possibly CHO. SNO.TC.566 has the same mark. (male)
