Summary
Jacket from N Africa? made from a cotton warp/silk weft fabric in orange/red/grey/blue/pink. It is lined with cream cotton with purple lining to the lower part of the sleeve. It is trimmed with indigo cord (Greek plait) down the front edges and seams with a stylised tree of life on each sleeve and a narrow band of braid round each cuff with gold covered wool and shades of brown. There is black and silver braid round the wrist opening. It fastens with blue wool covered buttons and loops. (male)
