Summary
Livery waistcoat made from red napped wool foreparts with a mace wool twill back and a lining or linen. There are facings of red twilled wool. It fastens with 6 crested metal buttons by Boggart and Reynolds (Omega shank - post 1830) They are decorated with a goat, passant - Apletree, Nants family crest. It has been taken in down the sides and across the top of the shoulders to fit a smaller size. (male)
