Summary
Jumper - Part of an ordinary seaman's uniform with bell-bottomed trousers, jumper and jean collar as worn by a Petty Officer. (The bell bottoms should have 5 or 7 creases). The badges are for 8 years good conduct (2 v-shaped stripes under rating badge) Marksman badge (crossed riffle plus 1 star) and gunnery instructor (crossed cannons 2 stars and a crown).
