Summary
Wooden bobbin boat shuttle. Central section has closed base. Steel ends. Three steel inserts on the one side of each end. Eye of shuttle has pierced bone insert. Stamped on each end: 'C.C. Crook'. Inside open section number '41' in white paint.

Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
