Summary
Wooden end-delivery boat shuttle. Each side lined with brass. Brass pirn with pressure spring and a thin metal rod in the central section. Open base. Steel ends. Eye of shuttle and one other hole has pierced bone insert. Eye has small piece of thread attached. Steel pin across one end of open section. Two wooden rollers on the base. Inside open section number '7' in white paint.
