Summary
Circular plaster cast of a seal, of a king seated on a throne, motto (possibly Latin) around the edge. Cross reference SNO.V.975. On the reverse, in pencil, is written 'John Balliol, King of Scotland' and scratched into the plaster is 'XLVII 31'.

Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
