Summary
Chinese inro of carved ivory pierced decoration with floral carving. Gourd shaped body in two halves, with pink silk tassel hanging below to hold the halves together, and a hanging cord. Probably a cricket cage.

Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
