Soapstone figure of a Chinese man holding a fruit. He has a long, divided beard and long sleeves and stands on a rocky plinth. In notebook no.1, page 91 (1340945.1) Charles Wade refers to: 'Zenith 31. Two Soapstone Figures the other a grotesque on stone bases' Includes sketch with dimensions.
