Summary
One of a collection of 12 Egyptian shawabti and amulets, consisting of four pairs and four odd ones. Small turquoise glazed sandstone (Egyptian faience) with black hieroglyphics on front, dating from the third intermediate period (1069-664 BC).
Provenance
Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
