Shoemaker's adjustable foot measure, decorated with chip carving, marked for sizes with pins. Marked 'EC 1707'. One side of legth starting to lift at top. In notebook no.5, page 22 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Top Royal no.657 Shoemaker's foot Measure of Boxwood' Includes sketch with '1707'.
