Summary
Two level carved bone model. On the upper level, a spinning wheel, with two ladies, one in a poke bonnet and the other is the wool holder who can spin round. Lower section with two carved, interconnected cog wheels and turning handle, which also turns the spinning wheel. The whole on a turned pedestal base. Prisoner-of-war work.
