Summary
A bone model of two figures at a spinning wheel, on two platforms. Upper platform with spinning wheel and two female figures wearing poke bonnets, one seated at the spinning wheel, the other standing (now detached). The lower platform with a turning handle for two interconnected cogs which operates the seated lady's arm to turn the spinning wheel. The whole stands on four bun feet. Prisoner-of-war work.
