Summary
Bone model of a spinning wheel with two levels. The lower section has two connected cogs with a turning handle for one of them. The upper section shows a seated woman in a poke bonnet with the spinning wheel and a standing figure of a man in a top hat and red jacket who can rotate. Stands on a single pedestal. Prisoner-of-war work.
