Summary
Model - Part of a formation of sixteen wagons of a model railway freight train from Charles Paget Wade's Model village (Wolf's Cove). A red painted Great Northern covered freight train guard's van in 0 gauge coarse scale. White painted roof with a short, black chimney, added by Charles Paget Wade. White painted lettering to side reads 'G N' (Great Northern) and in smaller script '20 TONS' and '13987'. Each side has a white horizontal rail and a short vertical rail. Upper half of ends and ends of sides open. Two round buffers and a coupling hook and chain at each end. On six steel wheels, with running boards. No Maker's Mark possibly made by Charles Paget Wade by fixing Bassett Lowke fittings to a wooden chassis.
