Summary
Galleried wooden toy cart, painted yellow. Wooden base, 6 spindles each side supporting rounded wooden top rail. Red wheels with black decoration on spokes, metal tyres, on metal axles, stapled and screwed into a slot in wooden holders. Wooden pulling handle bolted into slot in extension of front axle carriage.. Letters ‘VI’ incised. Metal strap from each end of rear axle to top rail of cart. Belonged to Elizabeth Kate Murray. (Kate Murray’s daughter) In notebook no.5, page 41 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'Seventh Heaven no.92 Yellow painted cart with red wheels. E.K.M.' Includes sketch with dimensions.
