Summary

Tenth Hussars military bridle set with cowrie shells in circular pattern on cheek pieces, with a central, brass star. Brass stars to centre of face strap, sides of neck strap (one side missing), others also missing. Cheek pieces concave inside.. CPW Item number 24.

CPW Item 24 Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
