Summary
Pedal vehicle - Four wheeled pedal conveyance (similar to SNO.TR.54). Suspended from ceiling. Child's go-cart. Shaped foot plates. In notebook no.5, page 97 (1340945.5) Charles Wade refers to: 'iv Velocipede similar to above (1338828) but built for a child. It has very dainty wheels with bright brass hubs.'
