Summary
Bag; Saddlebag - Eastern saddlebag with five large tassels and cowrie shells and binding. Afghan bag. Circa early 20th C. Burgundy red, white, green, and rust colours. Central woven panel in white and green. Flat stitch double sided bag with cowrie shells worked into design. Five large red tassels with cowrie shells at the bottom of each bag. Bag is displayed hung over piece of wood which is fixed with hooks to the wall.
