Summary
Engraved brass pocket compass and sundial with German inscription on the reverse. Folding brass circle with hours engraved around inner rim, cross bar and vertical pointer at one side. Folding sight with pendant at the other. Folding arc to one side with degrees. Compass, with points engraved inside. Pointer missing. Shaped outer rim engraved with sun and flowers. On three short legs. Inscription reads: ’Elena Poln Ofen 47 Prinzing Collen 51 Dam 53 Venedig 45 Wiem Konigsberg 54 Rig Edenburg 57 And. Vogl’
