Summary
Corbel made of teak with painted arms of Armiggel Waad. Motto 'NON MORITUR CUIUS FAMA VIVIT'. Figure of St George (SNO.SC.150.1) stands on this. Charles Wade refers to this item in his notebook Haphazard Notes Volume 2. Wade has also include a detailed sketch of the coat of arms. 'Quarterings of ARMIGGEL WAAD First wife Alice Pattens Second wife Ann Marbury. Motto on scroll. NON MORITUR.CUIUS.FAMA.VIVIT. On carved and painted corbel, on which stands figure of S. GEORGE' (page 110, numbered incorrectly)
