Summary
Document holder - Persian lacquered court document cover consisiting of two lacquered boards with green leather spine. Each side having a central panel of ivory coloured background with floral inserts and patterned gold decoration. Green stylised double diamond design within the patterns. Four intricate leaf patterns to the centre of each diamond. Red and blue flowers within each leaf. The whole surrounded by border of the same pattern. Inside panels plain blue with gold border.
