Summary
Hatchment, painted shield. One of six coats of arms on the wooden panelling above the fireplace in Seraphim, painted by Charles Paget Wade. Quartered shield: top left a white chevron with three black stars on a read ground with three gold birds; top left a red chevron with scalloped edges on a gold ground with three black birds; bottom right, gold beast rampant on black ground; bottom left, a silver chevron with black ermine tails on black ground with three crescents. All surmounted by an armour helmet and a stag's head. Scroll with text underneath (faded).
